Is the line delimiting posteriorly the anterior scutellum corresponds with an internal ridge delimiting anteriorly the site of origin of the mesnoto-metanotal muscle? If yes, the line is than the ridge (if present) could be homologous with the scutoscutellar ridge, and than the line should be considered being equivalent to the scutoscutellar sulcus.

Although the frenal line in Mymaridae and Mymarommatidae is located in the naterior half of the mesoscutellum it is still structurally equivalent with the frenal line in other Chalcidoidea.
